About the author
Di Lebowitz is a diasporic Hong Konger with Jewish heritage. She was born and raised in pre-1997 Hong Kong but spent most of her adult life in London.
She has a BA in Religion, Philosophy and Ethics, PGCE and MA in Religious Education from King's College London.
Her work has been published in the Times and Red
Magazine. Her poem, Subversion, was published in The Transformative Power of Tattoo anthology by Guts Publishing.
When not writing, Di is a qualified full time Self Defense Instructor. She is the first female Krav Maga Expert Level in England.
The Marks Left on Her is Di's debut book.
A Hakka Woman, the prologue to her first book about her grandmother, is out in March 2024.
She is currently working on a debut poetry collection.
